One of the major activities at our production facility is the design, development and manufacture of loop powered BS&W monitors for hazardous areas known as the EASZ-1. These units are supplied to major oil facilities around the world either by direct offices or representatives. They are high quality, highly accurate and reliable state of the art online monitors . In the realm of watercut measurement and sampling, it is a known fact that water and oil do not readily mix and so representative sampling and representative online monitoring are something that is normally absolutely necessary . No matter how good one’s sampling system is or how accurate one’s watercut monitor is advertised to be, it is our experience and the experience of many in the industry that no mixing or poor mixing can mean inaccurate spot samples which in turn end up as inaccurate laboratory results and inaccurate calibration of online monitors. With the best equipment and the worst sample conditioning all measurements can end up as a total disaster and the client could be worse off than he was before he installed anything.

We produce our own static mixers in all sizes and materials but not only this, we are able to easily combine our watercut monitors, crude oil samplers in a complete spool piece which we call the MBW system. The above picture shows a 10 inch watercut monitor combine with static mixer ensuring that oil being monitored at the sensor has been mixed and is homogeneous. Additional ports can be added for more accurate spot sampling and automatic sampling. EESIFLO can also supply the autosampler and sampler panel, container and mixers. We hope that what goes out our factory door meets client’s complete BS&W amd sampling needs.
