The EASZ-1 temperature
compensated microprocessor based loop powered water
in oil analyzer enables fast and reliable drift free
online detection and monitoring of moisture percentage
or ppm in oil. The EASZ-1 can be used in on-line moisture
monitoring and as a control instrument allowing separators
and oil purifiers to be started only when needed or
as a diagnostic or preventative device protecting critical
systems from premature failure.

CJC Desorbers are
used for removing water from all lubricating and hydraulic
oils, both mineral and synthetic. Desorbers are particularly
well suited for oil systems where water ingress is a
large and continuous problem. The desorber can dry the
oil down to a water content of <200ppm removing 4-6
L of water per hour
The desorption process is based on the fact that heated
air can absorb large quantities of water.
When oil, preheated to a temperature of 60-75oC, is
pumped through the desorber column it is met by a counterflow
of air supplied by a blower. The air, heated very quickly
by the hot oil, will absorb any water present in the
oil. |
