LobePro Rotary Pumps manufactures 4 great lines of positive displacement, rotary lobe pumps: G series- General Use; S Series-Sludge, Mud, and Slurries; C Series- Corrosives & Chemicals; and A-Series – Oil and Gas Industry.
Our rotary lobe pumps are typically used to pump sludge to and from thickeners, separators (such as belt presses, centrifuges, and rotary presses), digesters, clarifiers. They are in fact suitable for pumping any WWTP sludge which has had the hard solids over 1/8" and most grit removed for flows up to 2000 GPM and pressures up t0 150 PSI. We can specify an in-line grinder, filter or knock-out tank should hard solids larger than 1/8\" be present. See our pump specs for further detail.
Pumps are used in oil and gas applications: pumping clean drilling fluid, feeding decanting centrifuges, booster pumps in pipelines for oil containing abrasives and waste oil, and pumping jet fuel and diesel from tanks requiring a suction lift. Our API 676 pump complies with API 676 with a seals exception. We manufacture an oil lubricated cartridge seal which is long lasting, leak free, and proven in many tough applications.
Our goal is to provide products which reduce our customers' total costs compared to other alternatives. These savings are achieved through product reliability, energy efficiency, wear part durability, application engineering and training, and caring management. We have manufactured many thousands of pumps since we began in 1978 with these goals in mine. Our pumps and parts are made in the US and assembled at our plant in Brunswick, GA. We keep a complete stock of repair wear parts on hand. In fact, we guarantee for five years from purchase date of a pump that we will ship wear parts for it within two working days of the receipt of an order or the parts are free. |
